Personal health cards and group access

群組的日常照護紀錄與照片供已核准成員協作使用。個人一頁卡可另外升級為逐人授權：完成移轉後，伺服器只傳送本人、群主或群主授權觀看的卡片密文，編輯也需要相應權限。權限中繼資料包括隨機成員識別碼、觀看／編輯授權、卡片版本與修改者識別碼；服務無法解密卡片內容。

舊群組需由群主核對並確認移轉，不會自動覆寫。相容的 iOS 1.5 正式可下載後才開放移轉；請先讓 Apple 裝置更新。移轉前仍使用原群組共用的資料格式，不應視為已啟用逐人保密。完整舊資料及解除連結的版本只作群主可存取的加密封存，保留至群組刪除；還原先進入草稿，確認儲存才修改目前卡片。

撤銷授權會阻止後續伺服器讀取與修改；裝置連線重新核對權限後會隱藏該卡。已離線保存、匯出、下載或截圖的副本無法由服務遠端抹除，請只授權可信任的人。

Daily group records and photos are shared with approved members. After an owner-reviewed migration, personal cards have separate server-enforced view and edit permissions. The service stores access metadata and encrypted card contents, not decryption keys. Migration opens only after compatible iOS 1.5 is publicly available; Apple users should update first. Legacy groups retain the original group-shared format until migration and do not yet have per-person confidentiality. Original and unlinked versions remain in the owner-only encrypted archive until group deletion. Restoring first creates a draft. Revocation blocks future server access; connected clients hide the card after refreshing permissions. Offline, exported or captured copies cannot be remotely erased.

照片為自願提供，請先取得當事人同意。選擇相簿或拍照後，仍須按上傳才會分享給已核准的群組成員。照片會在裝置端縮小、重新編碼並去除原始 EXIF 定位中繼資料，再以群組金鑰加密；影像本身仍可能包含可辨識的人物或地點。

紀錄照片與照護文字分開保存，以避免舊版 App 儲存文字時覆蓋照片。照片內容、所屬紀錄與上傳者名稱均以加密形式保存；伺服器另保留隨機照片識別碼、上傳時間與存取驗證所需的不可逆憑證雜湊。照片不是原始醫療影像，也不作為診斷或證明照護完成的依據。

群主或原上傳者可以刪除照片。刪除後，線上影像與加密說明會移除，只保留防止舊請求重試使照片復活的刪除標記，直到群組被刪除。其他成員先前已下載或截圖的副本不會被遠端抹除。

Photos are optional and shared only after upload confirmation. Devices resize and re-encode the image, remove original EXIF location metadata, and encrypt the image and record metadata before upload. Images may still visually reveal people or places. Photo storage is separate from the care-text payload. The service retains random object IDs, upload times and a one-way credential hash for access checks. The owner or uploader can delete a photo; a small deletion marker prevents old uploads from recreating it until group deletion. Previously downloaded copies or screenshots cannot be remotely erased. Compressed photos are not diagnostic medical images or proof of completed care.

Data we process

只有在你主動建立、輸入或啟用相關功能時，JiaAn Care 才會處理下列資料：

• 群組名稱、成員顯示名稱、成員識別碼、身份、溝通語言與加入狀態；已核准成員可看到彼此的顯示名稱、身份與溝通語言。
• 成員自願填寫的關係、電話與備註；這些欄位會端對端加密，只有群組內受邀裝置可解密。
• 長者稱呼、照片、用藥、飲食、睡眠、運動、量測、交班、照護任務與緊急聯絡資料。
• 看護值班裝置是否位於使用者設定的照護地點範圍；App 不建立下班後的行程歷史。
• 通知權限、介面語言及輔助使用偏好。
• Apple 推播識別碼，或 Android／瀏覽器提供的網頁推播端點與加密金鑰，用來把群組事件通知送到已加入的裝置。

JiaAn Care processes group and member metadata, communication language, care and safety data, optional encrypted member contact details, caregiver-presence state, and Apple or browser push identifiers only when a user creates data or enables the related feature.

如何保護資料

How data is protected

照護、健康、位置、照片、私人聯絡欄位與自由輸入內容，會先在 iPhone、iPad 或看護的網頁裝置以群組金鑰端對端加密；同步服務只保存密文，無法讀取這些內容。解密金鑰只由受邀裝置持有。

若使用者啟用 iCloud 鑰匙圈，App 可透過使用者自己的 Apple 帳號，將加密群組的存取憑證同步到同帳號的裝置；App 開發者無法讀取使用者的 iCloud 鑰匙圈。Android／網頁版的存取憑證只保存在加入的瀏覽器裝置，不會同步到其他瀏覽器。連結中的解密金鑰位於網址片段，不會傳送至本服務。

為了執行加入、權限與通知，同步服務會保存必要且可讀的群組／成員中繼資料：群組與成員隨機識別碼、顯示名稱、身份、溝通語言、加入狀態、更新時間與推播識別資料。這些資料不用於廣告或追蹤。

求助推播會包含一般事件類型、隨機群組與事件識別碼；能核對唯一成員身份時，也會包含該成員的顯示名稱，供家人辨認。通知可能出現在鎖定畫面，並經 Apple 或瀏覽器推播服務傳遞。推播不包含病名、藥名、照護文字或座標；裝置收到後才在本機解密詳細資料。服務保存事件類型、處理時間與送達嘗試等功能中繼資料，用來同步狀態及避免重複警報；不作廣告分析。網頁裝置另外保存已看過的通知事件編號與狀態，避免延遲舊通知重新提醒；這不是群組的正式求助紀錄。

安全文件庫只保存在 Apple 裝置的 App 私有資料夾，使用 iOS／iPadOS 完整檔案保護，不會上傳到群組同步服務，也不會透過 iCloud 鑰匙圈同步。

Care, health, location, photos, optional private contact fields, and free-text content are end-to-end encrypted on participating Apple devices or the caregiver web device. Browser access credentials remain on that browser device. The service retains only the readable metadata needed for membership, permissions, language routing, and notifications. SOS push payloads include event type and random group/event identifiers, and the verified member display name when uniquely identifiable. Notifications may appear on the lock screen and pass through Apple or browser push services, but exclude diagnoses, medication names, care text and coordinates. Event types, lifecycle times and delivery attempts are retained to operate synchronization and prevent duplicates, not for advertising analytics. The browser keeps a device-local notification-state ledger to suppress delayed older notices; it is not the authoritative family SOS record. Vault documents remain on the Apple device.

資料只用於提供家庭照護協作、提醒、同步與安全功能，並只分享給使用者明確邀請加入的家庭成員。裝置推播識別碼只用於 App 功能，不會用來識別真實身分。

JiaAn Care 不販售資料、不投放廣告、不進行跨 App 追蹤，也不使用健康、定位或裝置識別碼從事行銷、廣告或資料探勘。

Data is used only for app functionality and shared only with invited family members. Push-device identifiers are not used to identify a real-world identity, advertise, or track across apps or websites.

你的選擇與刪除

Your choices and deletion

• 定位與通知可隨時在裝置或瀏覽器設定中關閉；不影響不需要該權限的基本紀錄功能。
• 群組擁有者可在 App 的「群組」頁刪除同步群組、裝置推播登記與加密密文，使所有既有邀請與本人裝置連結失效。
• 本人裝置連結最多有效 10 分鐘，成功使用一次或逾時後即失效。
• 推播登記會保留到群組被刪除、裝置取消登記，或推播服務回報端點失效；失效資料會自動移除。
• 刪除 Apple App 會移除該裝置的本機 App 資料；若 iCloud 鑰匙圈仍保存群組存取憑證，重新安裝後可以再次還原群組。Android／網頁使用者可在照護網頁選擇「從這台裝置移除」，並可清除網站資料。
• 安全文件可在文件庫中逐一刪除；需要協助刪除同步資料時，可使用下方聯絡方式提出請求。

Permissions can be revoked in device or browser settings. A group owner can delete the synced group, encrypted payload, invitations, device links, and registered push devices. Browser users can remove a family from their device or clear site data. Invalid push endpoints are removed automatically.
